Shipping & Returns 

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to customers around the world and make sure we offer you the highest level of responsiveness at all times. My art studio is based in TURKEY.

The order delivery period is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, creating limited edition order , assembly, quality control and packaging.It depends one orders items such as : framed ,custom ,  quantity  and etc. please note that we are creating a high quality  limited edition arts so it takes time. 


Delivery Time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be delivered from our warehouse to your door after the creating artworks time has processed . Once processed and out of the warehouse, it usually takes between 15-20 business days for items to arrive after the ship date. We apologize that shipping delays may occur if the package sent requires customs clearance/inspection or due to shipping delays by the carrier.
All orders can be tracked by entering the tracking code included in the shipping confirmation email.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically  start to create your order for immediate shipment. In rare cases, If the creating of the order takes more than the usual time due to the traffic of orders, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for more time to become created or have your payment refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

After your payment is verified, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. Please note that we do not ship any order during the weekends or Holidays. Transit time will vary based on shipping carrier and shipping options.Ali Yusuf  is not responsible for any customs fees for international orders. Ali Yusuf is not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address listed.

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?

The not framed and not ready to hang wall arts are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages (you can buy frame and install it at your place). The framed and ready to hang wall arts  are shipped out in a wooden crate to protect against damages.All limited edition statues are shipped out in a wooden crate to protect against damages.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an Thank you email and on the third email you will get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to aliyusufluxearts@gmail.com and we will help you to track your order.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

shipping time depends on destination. It's important to keep in mind that we are creating these orders (Limited edition arts)on request, not sending out items from stock. So it does take us a couple of days or weeks extra to get everything ready.

  • Framed and ready to hang wall arts:

  1. International : 14 to 20 days

  2. Turkey: 5 to 10 days

  • Rolled wall arts:

  1. International:14 to 20 days

  2. Turkey:5 to 10 days

  • Limited edition statuses:

  1. International:30 to 40 days

  2. Turkey:20 to 30 days

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Register your return via aliyusufluxearts@gmail.com. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All customers have 14 days to change their mind . The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation and receiving the art by us. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after your cancellation. all costs(shipping fee and customs fee) for changing and returns without damaging is on customer responsibility. If the product is damaged you still need to send it back to get a refund - or you can get a replacement without any extra cost. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at aliyusufluxearts@gmail.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

Note: We do not accept returns on custom orders , gift cards or on sale.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Download Files : Downloadable files are not refundable or exchangeable. If you have any problem or any question, you can send an email to aliyusufluxearts@gmail.com.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

Ali Yusuf is NOT responsible to pay any duties / taxes that are applied to your package. Customs clearance payments must be made by the customer. Customs charges vary country by country. Contact your local postal service or customs offices if you have further questions. If you do not take care of the customs charges, your package may be delayed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that it is not possible to change or delete an already confirmed order. If you cancel your order, a handling fee of €100 EURO will be deducted. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a 100€ euro fee + Shipping fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility for reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Local Taxes:
No customs or local taxes on orders to Turkey, . Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense only outside Turkey.
